I went in on the basis of just looking around, not for anything particular. Maybe what clearenceitems that were avaliable. I was approached by staff very often in regards to offering help with whatever I might be intetested in, this I found non-​bothersome because it shows thatnot only are the staff just there for the paycheque, but concerned with the customer service aspect as well. This was a pleasent experinence! I some winter coats that were really nice and reasonably price, for clearence, as well as some nice looking Toronto Maple Leaf stuff. So I think I’ll waiting a little longer, to see if prices will drop a little more. Which they usually do. But overall the store is clean, well laid out and not overly cluttered plus the staff is more than helpful, I know I’ll be back!

It’s would be nice if they can fold the clothing nicely when you don’t purchase plastic bag from them. I took my purchase which look like a dead body on the counter.

Really lousy service today. Would have bought something. But service was such a turn off. The staff looked like they were stoned and would rather do something else.
They won’t event let me take a photo of the shoe I was trying on so I can confirm with my wife whether it is ok for me to buy or not.
Hopefully their management sees this and cleans up that branch’s act.

After a long search thru the mall for new runners, I was so pleased I finally came here.
Although it was empty when I first got there, we called someone over to help. I started asking questions about the shoes, and he said, I don’t know but let me get you someone that can help you.
In came David, who totally explained to me everything I needed to know to choose a shoe. And he listened to me and what I wanted and what I felt comfortable, and recommended two shoes. Of which I took the first one at the end (after he patiently waited for me to try one 3 more to be sure)
I like the knowledge and the patience. It really helped me make a decision.
Also, there were TONS of selection for women’s shoes that looked some what decent (compared to 1 at Foot Locker, and 3 at Champs)
Oh yah, and the store had tons of sports wear and equipment. I’d come back for sports gear next time
