The vacuum unit seems fine but the power head sucks not! Meaning that the power head is stinky. So is the customer service. These people will say anything to make them seem honest so they can obtain payment. After which they turn into zombie liars. Beware Beware Beware
They asked me not to buy on eBay and to buy from them directly. They sold me extras and would not stand behind their words. The do not respond to emails. They lie to PayPal, and to their buyers.

This is the cheapest product I have ever purchased. The power head died after 4 months, and when i called for «my full replacement under warranty» they wanted me to drive 3 hours to Oakville to drop it off, or pay the 50 dollars to ship there and another 50 to have it sent back. They are rude, and not helpful and they’re products are mickey mouse and cheap. KKufner

VERY, VERY cheap junk sold by Allegro on eBay. Their powerhead is about the quality of a childs toy. Ours lasted for less than 1 month of use. After 3 months of trying to get a response from their customer service, they finally agreed to replace unit. I had to pay $ 40 to ship DEFECTIVE unit back, AND $ 21.00 for them to ship it to me. I can assure you that the only other good review here is one of their employees in Oakville.
NEVER do business with these people! They told me the unit they sold me was junk… AFTER it self destructed in 1 month… then tried to upsell me into the «really good one»
