Horrible service. Mean staff. Bad quality. I couldn’t have picked a worse place to spend money at. Every bra I have purchased from there has had a wire come out. After returning a bra for the second time after the wore came out (under warranty) I was accused of breaking them myself. The last thing I want to do is drive all the way down there to be spoken to in such a horrible way. They ended up taking the bra and never called me back to tell me if I was going to receive a new one. I had to call and the lady accused me again of breaking it and said this is the 4th time I have brought a broken bra in, not true. Then she let me know I’ve gained weight since I bought the last bra. How kind of her to let me know? Its funny because bras from additionelle for $ 60 seemed to stay with me through my weight fluctuation. Horrible. Will NEVER be going there again.

I went here for the first time today, as they were the only specialty store open on Sunday. The staff were very helpful, and made me feel comfortable. They had a great selection of bras in my size, and helped me to find the right fit. As someoene who only goes to these boutiques out of necessity ever 1.5 years or so, I can definitely say that I will be going back. Excellent customer service — thank you for making a task I dont look forward to a pleasant experience.

The manager is a mean old lady. I went for a fitting four months ago and was reassured if the bra stretches or I am not happy to bring it back. I bought two bras for $ 300. One stretched and the other (which I only wore 12 times) had the wire come out on one side. When I brought them back, the mean old manager lady, argued profusely with me and called me a name. They don’t practice what they preach nor stand by their products. Buyers Beware! Try Changes in Oakville Place, a third of the price and double the service.
