Heart of House – Hospitality Solutions

I hired Chris to do an intimate dinner party at my home for a 60^th birthday. This event was to be very special for many reasons. Our grandfather is sick so this is why we decided to do it at home. Chris was great during the planning process and we were very excited for the experience! Today at 4:30pm he was expected to arrive… and guess what? He didn’t show up. I called and called in a panic as my guests were arriving for 5:30pm. By 5:15pm I was devastated. I now knew for sure he had let us down. I was horribly embarrassed and sad as I really wanted tonight to be extraordinary. Anyways my brother ran and picked up food at a local restaurant and we made due. I would never recommend to try this guy! How could he not at least call? The only saving grace is he didn’t take a deposit so at least we didn’t lose money. So unprofessional and not deserving of an opportunity to share in anyone else’s celebrations.
