A library! I just could not resist hopping in for a visit and chill a little during My Day in Oakville.
Free Wifi! Spacious with ton of seating and electric outlets!
Skylights letting the sunlight in, just so soothing.
Love those huge tanned floor to ceiling windows that look out to the main business area.
I can stay here for a while… even a whole afternoon.
But there’s a $ 1/hour charge for parking which is not bad and it is free on Sundays.

This is the Central Branch of Oakville Library and also the biggest one with the widest selection. Like the previous review states it has the kids section in the basement and it’s huge! Not only do they have a play house, train tables but they also have this little hallway with explore tables where kids can test different fine motor skills etc.
They have two program rooms where you can sign up for different programs throughout the year, some are free and some have a fee (anywhere between $ 40 — $ 60 for 8 week program). But you need to register quick because they go fast! They are not only specific to this branch but all over the Oakville Libraries. You register online.
