Halibut and Chips were excellent. We also tried the poutine and really enjoyed it. The gravy was homemade.

Nice little place, decent fries and a nice little dining area. Staff was very nice. I had grilled cheese, small fries and water and it ran 10 bucks. It didn’t blow me away but it was good enough eats. I’m told fish and chip are where they shine.

As far as a greasy little café goes, Mr. Spuds is a classic little place to visit in Okotoks. The burgers and fries are very good(if you don’t mind some grease) and I would highly recommend trying them out. You also can’t go wrong choosing the fish and chips as they also never fail to serve those up with great quality. Any of the other dishes I have never really tried because I generally go to Mr. Spuds for either of these two items. The value at Mr. Spuds is very good and it’s nice to support a family owned business with great service. I have gone there many times over the years and always keep it in mind when deciding where to eat in Okotoks.
