Our local McDonalds surely needs more strictly staff training and learn to make the customers happy, they are getting as bad as Tim Horton’s never getting an order correct(we usually are missing desserts or the fries) not put straws in the bag when they serve drinks nor provide napkins without asking and the condiments they are missing in action, we experience this mostly in the drive through area but the front lobby and the lines it takes to get to the counters need to be revamped maybe they should consider using them lane style the roping to avoid anger customers who do not know who and when to approach, We have stopped going to this mcdonalds for over 4 months and have no plans to return

I’m not sure what Mcdonald’s the previous reviewer visited, but I am pretty sure it wasn’t this one. I find it to be one of the only McDonald’s that is consistently clean. The food is actually served fresh and hot(rare for Mcdonald’s these days). The servers are fast and well trained. Yes it can attract some unfavorable people in the wee hours of the morning, but anywhere that’s open 24hrs. will do so. This Mcdonalds has a rare fireplace and tvs.

It’s open 24 hours, and seems to attract ALL the delinquents in Orangeville once everything else has closed. Constantly a mess with dumped pop and food wrappers sprawled around. The posted security guard seems to indicate that this is not a one-time occurrence. Maybe if they stopped cranking the top 40 music all night, they’d stop attracting all the trouble makers. Food was standard McDonalds, so no complaints there. Just avoid this location late at night. Or try the drive through. Hopefully it is more welcoming during the day!
