Epic Burger

Poutine is kinda gross here. Like I’m pretty sure I could make better poutine myself. For the $ 5.65 I paid, I found myself really disappointed.
The fries weren’t even fully cooked and were still a little firm on the inside, and I think they use sweet potato or something because I kept tasting a weird sweet taste in the poutine. They were also really soggy and oily. I know poutine is supposed to get a little soggy from gravy, but they looked soggy even before the guy poured the gravy on. The only thing I really enjoyed in this was the cheese…
Prices are somewhat reasonable here, unlike the $ 10 asian food next to the place.
The portion is a good size though. It’s huge, I couldn’t even eat half of it myself (but maybe that’s also because I didn’t like it.)
The «Epic Poutine» was so not epic. I would suggest getting something else.
