Have been to Firehouse subs a few times now. The subs are pretty good and above Subway or Quiznos.
The only problem is the service and how slow they are at making your food. The gentleman working at the cash forgot to add a combo to my meal, and then later asked if I would «like to pay» for it. Obviously I said I would because I felt bad for him.
After that, they messed up my order after waiting 15 minutes for my food.
I waited over 20 minutes for a sub when I only had a 45 minute lunch. Disappointing.

Just had my first Firehouse sub, the brisket. This sandwich was in the realm of ridiculously good, one of the best I’ve ever had!!! Price was a little high for the combo (med Sammy $ 14.00) but worth every penny. We need more of these places around… Subway who ?!? Great job, I will be back with friends

This is my second visit to Firehouse Subs, the first time was in Las Vegas and it’s nice to see a location in Canada as well. This is what a sub was meant to be… so warm and tasty. The service was excellent and they do have the Coke Freestyle machine and their own Cherry Limeade. Do yourself a favour, drive by and never visit Jarod again.

Tried Firehouse Subs for the first time. Staff were fantastic! Very welcoming. Food was excellent. Had the Hook and Ladder combo and it was great. Best sub I’ve had in a while.

I’ve been to Firehouse twice now. I enjoy the subs. The meat seems to be a better quality than the average sub joint. The staff is friendly and energetic. They have cool pop machines with custom flavour combinations. The reason I’m only giving it 3 stars is because it’s quite expensive for what you get and it takes a long time between ordering and receiving your food.

Have never heard of Firehouse Subs until I was at Cosco yesterday. It was super busy but there was a lot of staff to keep people seated and subs flying out of the kitchen. The owners are very hands on and helpful. I had the steak, my friend the brisket. Food was fantastic and pop machine has 115 flavours. We both had the medium and were still hungry when we finished. Portions are on the small size. Perhaps next time will try the large.

My wife and I just had a Firehouse Meatball. She ordered the medium and I ordered the large. The large was quite filling, I would say that the medium would probably be sufficient. The Meatball is your choice of classic or sweet & spicy sauce over Italian meatballs with provolone cheese and Italian spices. They were nice and hot when served and very tasty.
The staff was friendly and greeted 90% of the customers who came in. The space itself was clean with a firehouse like décor. The pictures of the local fire department from yesteryear were a nice touch. Last but not least the fountain drinks are delivered via Coke freestyle, if you have yet to experience these machines they are very cool but with endless combinations to be created through the touch screen, you may find yourself standing in line for the one machine.
Overall I would recommend Firehouse to others.
