Michaels is generally a great store, but this location in particular is very sub-​par. They always seem to be severely understaffed; if you have a question, get ready to spend the next five minutes wandering the store to find someone who isn’t at the cashier (only one person runs the cashier, which is slow to begin with). I go here at least twice a month, and I might get lucky 20% of the time and actually find someone within a minute who can help me. For a store this large, they generally only have one person in frames, one at the cashier, and one somewhere on the floor that turns your shopping experience into a scavenger hunt to find.
I love Michaels, but this location really needs more people on the floor. It is extremely frustrating and the checkout is very slow.
