The office is only open during the day on weekdays which makes it very difficult to talk to anyone in the office if you need to however they can call multiple times if they want you to sign a lease. Totally unprofessional when dealing with clients and rude when you take the time to drive to the location because calling on the phone was apparently too difficult for the office to handle. When I asked for a receipt, Frank said, he would get it when he had time. Only when I was out the door did he ask why I wasn’t renting from his location.

Site manager is a jovial Cape Breton expat, the facility isn’t anything fancy but it’s to the point and decent value — location is easily accessible as well.
