The Corral

Decided to go on an adventure to Oshawa with my two girls. My friend told me about a country bar and said it was a good time if you love country music. I don’t love it but I do like hearing it. The parking lot was a bit sketch and it’s kind of in the middle of no where which was a bit uncomfortable. Also being the only girls of color was another awkward feeling. We went in and paid 4 dollars for cover. It was pretty big with two bars and a seating area and a big dance floor, as well as pool tables and a patio to smoke. There was a live band and they weren’t too bad. In between sets they played other kinds of music. It started to get crazy packed in here with a huge lineup. The drinks weren’t too expensive and a pretty good looking crowd. Saw a lot of guys blatantly copping a feel off girls but really that’s any bar. Not that many people were dancing except for the much much older crowd. It’s more of a place to mingle. I thought it was pretty good and Fridays they have free line dancing lessons that’s worth checking out. Will be back

Open Tuesday and Friday 6:30pm to 2:00am. Saturday 6:00pm till 2:00am. Every Tuesday night is ladies night. Live band every night. Line dancing lessons on Friday nights from 7 — 9pm.
Mostly country with rock, pop, and dance mixed in. Best dance floor in Oshawa.
