Bowel health is important…
Yup, I said it! Don’t worry i’ll keep the poop jokes to a minimum.
Within the last year, i’ve come to realize that we are no longer eating food, but instead eating «food like» products and i’ve taken steps to drastically improve my health. I’ve been making my own green juice and smoothies and go to great lengths to minimize the amount of animal protein in my food… I still eat meat, but try and avoid eating it at EVERY meal like most of us do. I’ve also removed processed foods, milk and a good deal of dairy and only eat gluten when my girlfriend isn’t looking.
With my new health regimen in full effect, I realized that it was important to control what was going into my body, but it was equally as important to control what was coming out of it. Some terrible diseases (Cancer among them) can stem from poor liver, kidney and bowel function, so what did I do to combat this???

Veronica Ladd owns and runs Body Cleansing Systems and let me assure you… she is a consumate professional. When I entered the office, I took notice of how clean it was — obviously important considering her type of business. She took great lengths to get my medical and mental health history as well as my eating habits. She is very discreet and even provided me with a pair of disposable paper shorts that made me look like I was a Thai Kick-​Boxer in a Clown Circus, «One size fits most». The process, which I was sure would make me feel ‘violated’… — I am a guy after all -, only caused me mild discomfort. There was soothing music playing in the background to relax me, and thankfully no scented candles. I was tempted to play Candy Crush on my phone, but oddly thought that might be considered rude, lol. Veronica is a great conversationalist and was able to provide me different tips and tricks for alternative and herbal remedies.
Oh and by the way… I weighed myself the next morning and had lost 7 pounds! That’s how effective the process was for me. (results may vary for others).
I will return when the times calls for it, and suggest it to anyone looking to improve their bowel health.
