Overall this is a nice Bridgehead location. It’s spacious and roomy and well designed — and the staff are wonderful.
What knocked them down from a 4star rating were the bathrooms! Not well maintained, verging on grimy.
It may seem like a strange complaint, but I plan stops on trips based on where the good bathrooms are. :-) If you can’t keep the bathroom clean, what else is not being kept clean? Bathrooms are like people’s eyes. You look and you see their soul.
‘Nuf said.
Would I return: Yes. It’s Bridgehead.
Would I recommend: Not if you need to use the washroom. ;-)

I really like this bridgehead location, since it’s quite large and even when it seems packed you can still find a seat. This location has a great neighbourhood feel as well. Staff are friendly, but not over-​the-​top friendly, which works for me. Delicious coffee and sweets like usual, though I’m not a huge fan of the sandwiches/​salads — I find them to be pricey and not all that tasty.

I do not know how this chain exists. I am forced to come here because of the situation I end up in and this is the nearest coffee shop around. Once again we had to do coffee here and for the 5th time the service was lacking, the drinks were tepid, the goodies were bad and the way they inform you that they are closing left a lot to be desired. Will tell my friends that we have to walk to a 5 bucks next time. At least their products are sweet and warm.. including service. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS CHAIN OF COFFEE SHOPS. … AWFUL!

This has a huge café, if you want a beautiful place to have a meeting or just to sip a cup of coffee this is an amazing place to be.
The one down side to this location is the lack of pugs, come with a fully charged battery or be ready to fight for one of the 3 maybe 4 plugs in the entire café. The staff are really good, and the food is much fresher than any other café food I’ve had partially because it it kept not in the display case but down bellow in their own bins, it is brilliant!
Just like every other Bridgehead I’ve gone to they have absolutely beautiful latte art, and i drink soy milk and when the foam picks up the flavour from the espresso shot it has a wonderful flavour.
I am loving this one because of how big it is you don’t feel like your squished into a small café so you can actually enjoy your expertly brewed cup.
