Don’t know what John is on about. It’s pretty understanding they refused to be liable for goods in the house, the house and basically your entire property by taking the key.
I had a great experience. Housesitting for a friend we made quite the mess. They fixed it. Just got to be aware to not ask they do more then the time allows for.

Easily the worst professional cleaning experience I’ve ever had.
First, the cleaners did not appear as scheduled, instead arriving the next day claiming the dispatcher had given them the wrong address. Then they said they «wouldn’t take the key», so one of us had to stay for the entire cleaning.
There were supposed to be two people cleaning, a husband and wife, but the husband disappeared and left his wife to do everything by herself. She ran out of time and didn’t even get around to cleaning the master bath. She also used too much water on the hardwood floors, leaving streaks everywhere, and did not clean the counter or appliances properly.
Immediately after the cleaning we called Cleanify to say we were not satisfied, and also to cancel the appointment we had booked in two weeks. It was at that point that we discovered that the «100% satisfaction guarantee» that they post on their website is a lie. The manager we spoke with claimed «we only guarantee that cleaners will show up at your house and stay for the requested amount of time».
We pre-​paid for two cleanings, but Cleanify did not provide us with a written contract as required by Ontario law. In fact, we didn’t even receive an email confirmation from them.
Cleanify is a borderline scam. Avoid.
