I can’t say enought good things about this business. The owner and her team are professional, courteous and genuinely interested in meeting the needs of the client. Problems that have existed with frames have been fixed quickly and at reasonable expense. The styles of frames are cutting edge and attractive — extra care is given to ensure that they fit well. I look forward to returning for future reading and sun glasses.

Went to Eyemaxx to cash in on my insurance coverage.
I hadn’t had an eye exam since before I can remember. The staff were friendly and professional. Eye exam didn’t take long at all and they were able to fill my prescription very quickly.
The frames were on the expensive side, (Tom Ford) but I am a firm believer you get what you pay for. Kelly and another staff member helped me choose the frames and since them I have received lots of compliments.
Overall a fun experience. But I also think glasses make me look cool so what do I know?!

I had an awesome experience at this place. Dr. Wong gave a thorough, quick, and friendly eye exam and prescribed a life-​changing prescription. The women working were so helpful and sweet, they picked out a ton of glasses for me to try on and were very honest about which looked good and — more importantly — which didn’t. While the cost of an eye exam was reasonable, at 95 dollars (another Unilocal-​recommended place told me 145!!!), the glasses they sell here are very high end and quite pricey. The quality of service certainly lives up to the high standard of what they sell, though, and for my small face for which it is hard to find glasses that fit, it was worth the money. What’s more is they were ready to pick up the next day, which I was so happy about. I love them so much and am so thrilled!!! Thank you, EyeMaxx!

I got some lens from this place and I couldn’t see properly out of them. I tried for months, but they were not right. I took them back for a replacement and was told after 3 months you can’t get a replacement. I was 1 month over? This company is obviously only out for your money. Other optical places have replaced faulty lens no problem for years after the purchase to keep a happy customer. NOT THIS PLACE! I do not recommend them!

Eyemaxx is a great place to go for an eye exam. i was able to book my appointment online and see the doctor within 24 hours.
When I arrived for my appointment I was given a half sheet of paper with basic questions (name, address, etc), to fill out. The office space is clean with tons of glasses and sunglasses to choose and an area to sit while you wait. My appointment was for 10am and at exactly that time the doctor called me in for my exam. I loved not having to wait 5 – 10 after my scheduled appointment like most medical offices.
The doctor was friendly, thorough and efficient. Their website claims an eye exam will take 20 minutes, and if i hadn’t had my eye dilated that seems about right. The only downside to Eyemaxx is they are on the expensive end for an eye exam. The cost is $ 95 and calling around Centertown I found prices ranged from $ 80-​$ 95 at most optometrist offices. However, great customer service and being able to see a doctor the next day made it worth the premium.
