Absolutely fantastic. Probably the best haircut experience I’ve had in a while, and very affordable too! Fernando himself cut my hair, and was very personable and caring. You can tell he loves what he does, and he comes from a family of barbers in Italy (though he’s been in Canada most of his life). His brother (also a barber) and friends were hanging around, as well as other staff. They have a café with beer, wine and coffee as well as pizza and panini.
Every step of the cut, Fernando checked in to explain what he was doing. He made sure I was more than happy with the cut, and offered a 1-week warranty should any issues crop up (so to speak).
I’m a traveling actor/musician, but I would come back to Ottawa just to get my hair cut here!
