For the price you can’t go wrong here. I’ve been coming to this gym for 2 years now and I enjoy it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It’s cheap and open 24 hours so you can go whenever you want. There are no showers or saunas, but there are plenty of bathrooms and change rooms. There are also 2 tanning beds and they sell drinks/water during staffing hours. The equipment is alright, it’s not latest merchandise or the best, but they are not bad. If one is broken, it’s fixed within a week. There’s plenty of space and plenty of free weights, so even when it’s busy, you can work out. You’re left alone, there’s no one harassing you and trying to pressure their«help» onto you. The payments come out of your bank account automatically every 2 weeks. It’s easy to set up and doesn’t even take 10 minutes.

Bare minimum, on a good day. Welcome to equipment in disrepair or malfunctioning machines. Machines that click, change speed on their own, bikes that have belts that slip. Washrooms– went one time. It was so filthy I refuse to go in again. Water– I bought Aquafina. It was hot to the touch? Hot? Very odd considering ur came out of a machine I paid 2 $ also. No water fountains here. Bring your own. Tvs– no sound hook ups. Usually terrible stations on display. At least one tv out of order each time I go. Staff– lazy so far. Not cleaning bathrooms. Sitting around texting. Not friendly. Annoyed. If you need simple things like a quick run on a tread mill or some mat work /weights, it does the job. Big place too.

A real 24⁄7 gym. Perfect for people on a budget. It has everything you need in terms of equipment but don’t expect the extras such as large change rooms, showers, sauna, and etc. Dumbbells range from 2.5lbs to 75 lbs, two sets of circuit machines, several bench press set ups, lots of free weight benches, a Smith machine, squat rack, two pulley machines and a couple more machines. Like any gym, avoid noon and after work hours if you want to skip the wait time for weights. No worries for cardio machines though, they have plenty. Keep at it ladies, those lulus look great!

For $ 10 a month you get what you pay for — okay equipment, no showers and members who don’t care about the equipment they’re using. Equipment is often in disrepair and isn’t well maintained. Weights are not put away after use so you usually have to hunt down a few dumbbells during your workout. Beware the lunk alarm that goes off a weight is dropped or something makes a noise that’s too loud. Bare bones gym — it works.

I love this place! It’s a great facility for working out where you don’t feel uncomfortable or intimidated to be who you are there. Everyone is super nice as well! It’s open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with the purchase of a black card membership which I believe is $ 20. There’s also a $ 10 membership as well! That is ridiculously cheap compared to the YMCA. They have all the equipment you need. Also they have tanning beds, massage chairs, and half price cooler drinks when you purchase the black card membership for $ 20 — you also get a free shirt with that membership! I highly recommend this place to anyone! L
