Really miserable to interact with, force you to also use their «other» company for internet.
Do not do repairs, clear the ice, or clear the common areas. Absolutely the cheapest rent going, emphasis on cheap.

Awful company with bad representation. I was working with a property manager who told me in an email she would hold the apartment for me if she got a copy of the money order for last months rent. She had in her possession the actual money order plus most of the application material except for two things. She didn’t bother calling us and only sent an email then rented the apartment to someone else. I didn’t like the way she spoke to me in the beginning but that kind of things is despicable. A week before I was to move in she rented it out from under me. I would never reccomend this company to anyone.
