Once was good, not so much anymore. I was very loyal to this place even though their pizzas were rarely ready on time for pick up.
The last time I picked up a pizza it was the wrong one entirely, I called in expecting an apology and that they would send the correct one asap, however, instead the owner asked me to bring back the pizza and trade it in for the correct one that would be ready in 10 minutes. When I showed up on time the pizza was another 20 minutes late and he would not offer me anything for the delay or the mistake.
Customer service is very important when there are a number of pizza places in the area. They lost a loyal customer due to poor customer service, it really should have been an easy solution.
Everyone makes mistakes and people understand that, the important thing is to own up to the mistake and ensure the customer sees that you are trying to solve the issue.

I’ve tried this place a few times and have been happy enough with the my orders that Golden Crust is becoming the leading Pizza shop in my area.
The toppings are very plentifully (see photo) and the wings are of a good size, larger than my last visit at a royal oak btw
The KICKER!
The crust has a yellow hue to it and from my understanding, it’s due to fact that they uses a bit more egg yolk in their dough. How cool is that.
Worth trying. Even their slices are good
Oh and if happen to call in. Over web ordering, they are friendliest person on the other side
