Very very poor service…
Ordered for the first time at this location… With a 40 minute delivery quote online I waited until an hour had passed before calling to inquire how long it may take. A girl on the phone said the driver should be there any minute… Sounds good!
30 minutes later I called back again… And spoke with a male, when I inquired again… This time with some frustration, he said I’m going to be honest with you… We forgot to make your order. Although i appreciate the honesty, I pointed out I called 30 minutes prior and was told the driver should be there any minute I assumed that to mean it was with the driver en route, he told me the girl didn’t know… So why is she answering questions if she is just making up the answer? Was not impressed… He apologized and that was it… I still didn’t know how Long it would be, so I waited.
Anyways just after the two hour mark my order came, I paid full price for the order as I wasn’t offered any better price for waiting 2 hours.
The driver was super nice and pleasant. The only good part of the experience– as well as the pizza was good… The experience would lend me to never order here again
