We are in the middle of moving so we went and got a 10 piece meal deal yesterday, Nov. 29th, it was good we decided to get more. So it was about 8pm Saturday night, we went in, there were a few others waiting, we ordered another 10 piece and we waited. And waited, and waited. 25 minutes, it was ready. We go in the car and I said, as we were halfway home, ‘There’s a funny smell, I hope it’s not the chicken…’ We get home, plate up, and I lean over to take a bite, and smell burnt kerosene. It was really ‘off’, I took a bite, because I was hungry and I was hoping it was maybe from the cardboard bucket, and it TASTED burnt, and like varathane or kerosene. I immediately said, ‘I’m calling them.’ Well, the number listed was out-of-order! But I could call a toll-free number. I wanted to call the store, not a call center. I hunted online and found it, called them, no answer. So I said, ‘We’re taking this food back, right now.’ Another 15 minute drive, and the manager was aware of the problem. We got our money back, but I’m still hungry. The thing is, we haven’t had KFC in 3 years, due to bad chicken, and here we are, so this is a definite sign. No more KFC.

This restaurant used to be top notch with friendly staff, great food and great service. Lately things have changed. There seems to have been a change in ownership or management at this location and since then the overall quality at this restaurant has gone downhill to the point where we consider going to other KFC locations or eat something different all together. Most recently we have ordered buckets of chicken that are cold and sandwiches that are made incorrectly(but the staff insists they are correct)
