Lai Lai Chinese Food

Do not order food from this place.
I ordered my food, it was tasteless, soggy, disgusting (i posted a photo). The kicker? not the dish I intended to order (now bear with me, this isn’t just another petty customer). Go google chow suey/​chow mein. ok see the pictures of all the noodles? Now when I ordered there was a section called «chow suey/​chow mein» under it, it said «add chow mein 50 cents» so thinking it was the noodles I saw in the photos it was referring it I ordered it. Delivery was fast but when the delivery guy came up to my door it was very clear why. He had literally sprinted to my door and away. without saying a word or even looking at me and just handed my food and ran. I never even got a chance to double check the food to see if it was correct (lol). Apparently the «real» chow mein/​suey with noodles are in the «noodles speciality» and if you order «beef/​chicken/​whatever chop suey/​mein» INSTEAD of the «cantonese chop mein» you will get bean sprouts and pretty much just that with bits of meat and whatever other vegetable they have. I could have lived with ordering the wrong dish despite their confusing menu, what I couldn’t live with was the attitude I got when I called to let them know what happened. I made it very clear I was not trying to get a refund or a free dish. The girl on the other end was just not taking it seriously. kept explaining in a patronizing tone that it was «Canadian chop mein» She begrudgingly apologized AFTER I specifically mentioned i wasn’t trying to get anything out of it because she seemed like she didnt want to admit it anything but right after I said that she stopped caring and hung up 10 seconds later while i was mid sentence.
The service is absolute shit, so is the food, and the menu is not clear at all. I’ve been given wrong dishes all the time from other places but it’s never a huge deal because they food ends up being good anyways and they are always so apologetic, or try to give me a discount (key word: try) or make it up in some how. This interaction has left my blood boiling„ mainly because of the service and how I was treated afterwards and the disgusting food just made it worse.
