Fries were tad on the crispy side. Possibly overdone but curds all the through with dark gravy. Gravy had a slight oregano taste. Overall decent poutine but prices are high compared to the portions.

I tell ya, the best customer service comes from local food trucks, and these ladies are no exception.
Quebec inspired poutine, with dark, spiced gravy, and crispy hand cut fries was pretty darn good. Portions are on the smaller side… a large poutine is more like a medium.
If you are a fan of the lighter style gravies you may not like the poutine, but their menu has something for everyone, freezies for those hot days and even veggie burgers for the vegetarians out there *shoutout!*. :) They also sell homemade items like mustard that you can purchase at the window.
Service is fantastic, since it was not busy, our poutine was brought to our table by the associate which was a nice gesture. She even brought us cutlery.
Price was a little steep, but you gotta support the locals!
