Mac’s

I used to go to this Mac’s all the time when I lived in Sandy Hill. Though they carry some grocery items for standard convenience store prices, I never really did much shopping here other than odds and ends, as there’s a Loblaws on Rideau, just a couple of blocks away.
I did find it really conveniently located, however. It’s right on the corner of Laurier East and Henderson, not far from Ottawa U, which makes it perfect for students living and walking around the neighborhood.
I would come here to buy snacks, like some chips or candy, and maybe some gum. They also sell bus tickets and have an ATM machine, which I think might be CIBC. For those of you that smoke, they sell smokes and cigarillos, and carry flavored blunt wraps and rolling papers, all for affordable prices.
