Seeing as how this is literally a 5 minute walk away from where I live now, it has become my primary source for groceries. There may be cheaper groceries elsewhere, but what I like most about this place the most is the people who work there. I’ve only been here a half dozen times, and the employees I’ve dealt with have all been top notch professional and super friendly.
The sales are frequent and I’ve only had to pay full price for a few items that I needed for last minute meals.

Went back into Metro today on a very specific mission: Grabbing grub for this hockey game night-​in.
I got some mac-​n-​cheese and their portuguese style rotisserie chicken. Picked up a couple other items for the house.
Gotta say the store was in better shape. Didn’t run into any service snags but then again didn’t have to inquire about anything.
BUT– I AM JUST ADDING THIS UPDATE TO SHARE HOW YUMMY THE MAC-​N-​CHEESE IS. Really good. Sneak-​into-​the-​fridge-​in-​the-​middle-​of-​the-​night-​good!
So. Extra star for that. You’re OK with me Beechwood Metro.
