This location is currently undergoing renovations, so it’s a bit of a mess. Selection is limited. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

While Metro is not my favourite grocery store of all time, it definitely gets the job done. As a shift worker, I loved the convenience of it’s location and the fact it is open 24 hours.
Nothing in particular draws me here, other than their hours of operation. It’s on my regular honey-​do list, as my wife swears by UDI gluten free bread — which is always in stock [I’m looking at you Loblaws!].
Overall, it’s a smaller supermarket, but surprising it his always well stocked, with a fairly wide selection of products. I don’t have scientific evidence, but their prices tend to be a little higher than Loblaws. But for it’s convenience, it’s money well spent for my one stop shopping.
Apparently, Metro is the third largest grocer in Canada, after the Loblaws conglomerate and Sobeys.
