Quick and friendly service. They are fairly high-​pressure in their upselling though, even after you’ve specifically mentioned what you’re buying (e.g. trying to add on tie clips, shoes, socks, hangers, watches, belts, pocket squares, etc).

Moores is a pretty decent formal clothing store for men. This particular location is the second largest in Canada according to the sales staff. My shopping experience here was great! The staff was courteous and helpful and at no point did I feel pressured. The quality of the clothes is also pretty good for everyday office clothing. They have sales quite often and they also have a year clothing drive. You can donate old formal clothes and get 50% off of your entire order.

Stopped by Moores over Boxing Day to investigate the deals as designer label sport coats were 50% off.
After 30 minutes of trying various coats on I was able to find 3 that fit great, looked even better and I saved a TON of money on top-​quality name-​brand sport jackets.
Jay (salesperson) was helpful and pointed me to the correct section and let me be for 25 minutes while I tried on various coats. I recommend asking for Jay — he was the right balance between helpful and providing suggestions without being pushy (as some men’s clothing store people can be).
If shopping at Moores I recommend staying with the better known brand items. Some of the lesser known brands were not the greatest quality (however they were priced very reasonably).
