I’ve eaten at Quizno’s establishments in the US, and I wanted something new to eat today. I really do wish we could give half-star ratings instead of solely whole numbers. I’d give this experience 3.5 stars. The place is very well maintained, plenty of room to maneuver between the counter and the tables, and there is quite adequate seating. My sandwich was nice and hot, quickly prepared and very well done as well. She asked quite a lot about the condiments & toppings for my sandwich, which was great to hear. They greet customers as they walk in when they are able to(I missed mine but heard it on three occasions in my 20 minutes there), and greet regulars by name. No wifi in the area, it is in a newer shopping area across the street from the Loblaw’s, Wal-Mart, & Chapters bookstore. All in all, not a bad lunch, and very inexpensive considering as well!

This was my first visit to this location and by far the worst Quiznos experience to date(Aug 8, 2012; 7:41 pm). Order #1099. Our servers name was Jason, he was extremely slow and allowed all subs and pizzas(not just our order) to back up in the oven resulting in everything being over cooked and bread burnt black. As part of our order we had broccoli soup which was cold because it was a fresh batch taken out of the fridge after we paid. Normal procedure would be to tell a customer that particular soup was all out, and not try heat up frozen soup in the microwave. We brought the cold soup back and rreplaced it with chili, and the bowl was only half full because the chili ran out as well. Also during our meal we noticed Jason come in from having a smoke outside the front door and go direct to making another customer’s sub without washing his hands. Based on this experience I will not visit this or other Quiznos location owed by the same owner. I’ve bumped my review from 1 — 2 stars based on a response from this complaint by the owner. The owner was very sincere and apologetic and promptly offered a full refund(which I took) and free sandwiches. The owner also told me he has reviewed the in store video from that evening and has since dealt with the problematic employee with more training.
