OK OK it’s a Starbucks so really it comes down to service. This one I’ve been to several times despite only having so little check ins. There is something about this location that gets me. Today however reaffirms what I’ve always felt. For those who use the Starbucks app and for those who don’t know, you earn a star per drink. It is not based in dollar amount. I’ve been to many locations and they graciously allow after I’ve ordered to scan the drinks individually so I can earn the extra stars. Call it petty but I think it’s something they should entertain especially considering it’s a rewards system based on drinks alone and not dollar amounts. Today going through drive Thru I ordered as I always do and ask that they be scanned in separately. Well the young lady tells me sorry you have to say that before you order. I’d see this as being a huge inconvenience to them if they were busy with cars lined up behind me but there was no one. To me that lack of accommodating me left a sour taste in my mouth. In all fairness I do not know what’s involved in cancelling and re ordering it as 2 individual drinks but I will say that every time I do ALL other locations they don’t seem to take too long to adjust it
I think today’s contact has reaffirmed what I had already felt about this location.
I’ll drive the extra length to go to a better location nearby

Service is fast and always with a smile. Popped in on the morning of my best friends wedding and they personalized each of our cups and gave us the brides on the house!
The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is that it can get very crowded on the weekends and there is sometimes no where to sit.

Staff are quick and super nice. I wish there was outdoor seating not facing a busy road but can’t have it all. Has a drive thru and sometime has a dog bowl out front so I can stay caffeinated while the dog stays hydrated.
