I found the perfect dining table & chairs for our new build condo. Since that particular table was about to be discontinued I made the decision to purchase, take delivery & store it for 4 months.
When we eventually moved & assembled the new table we discovered a major manufacturers defect. I didn’t have much hope of any warranty but contacted Melissa at the Trainyards Structube and she was amazingly helpful. Not only did they supply a new table but they had the old one removed and the new one assembled… free of charge.
Can’t ask for better service than that!
