I had a great experience when I ordered my clothes. But, that was in January. I’ve been to the store six times to either pick up, or have alterations done. And, I’m still waiting for one more shirt. I like the place. But not sure if I’ll order again.

I’m hooked! I just got my first jacket from surmesur and love it. I’m short and broad shouldered and fitting was always a compromise: arms too long, neck too tight, way too much material around the mid section etc.
Fit
I was so happy with the fit I just ordered a shirt, have away an ill fitting suit and am heading back to Surmesur for another.
Style
I’m now trying to express myself and «up my game». The choice in fabrics and customizable options are awesome. They also have pocket squares, ties, socks, cufflinks, and Bellroy wallets.
Service
These guys are pros. Peter, Randy and the rest helped guide my choices to customize to flatter my body shape and skin tone. Also gave advice and guidance on coordinating with my existing wardrobe.

I really enjoyed the experience
I shared my views on what I thought looked nice and the situations I plan to wear the suits, and then Surmesur provided their professional opinion on the best styles to meet my needs
Unlike a typical store where I would simply choose colours/​styles that I thought worked, Surmesur used their experience and provided me with their suggestions of a number of different materials/​fabrics/​colours that would be well suited for my skin tone/​features
After sending the fabrics off to be tailored, after a short 4 – 6 week wait, I tried on the garments at their store and they further tailored and adjusted the suits/​shirts until I was happy with the look/​fit
Very friendly staff willing to help out and customize to meet my needs
I would certainly recommend the experience to others, and I have gone back several times since my first fitting

Surmesur is a very different kind of shopping experience, because you get to personalizing your look. The variety of samples available can almost guarantee that you won’t have the same piece of clothing as the person next door.
Randy, Peter and the rest of the staff are very knowledgable, professional and attentive. Finally a store that caters to personalized service. Because its custom orders, you’ll have to wait about 3 – 4 weeks for your order to arrive, but it’s well worth it, to have clothes that fit you properly.
I highly recommend this store, once you do you’ll never shop at Banana Republic, Harry Rosen or The Bay again.
