The service has improved over the years, as has the accuracy, but it still leaves something to be desired. For me, I HATE that they prioritize drive-through service: you folks sat on your asses in your warm cars while I walked through snow and ice, hauled myself in and still they get more accurate service and served faster(and don’t say it is because they are leaving, because I only go for take-out too). They are not taught customer service to work the till. The food is slapped together, sometimes even burnt. Tim Horton’s keeps making their food«more efficient» but it’s just cutting corners. I’d swear this location is cutting before the other locations follow suit. I used to love Timmy’s, but living next to this one, I just go when I get that desperate craving for a Canadian Maple — one or twice a year. Not worth more than that.
