My furnace fan broke down. I called 12 companies. Webster’s was the most affordable. When they got here, my fan was doing fine (of course right?), A few hours later, it really broke down, so I had to called them again the next day, they came immediately. The guy went to get the new fan, he took an hour to install it only to realize the supplier he bought it from gave him the wrong fan… The guy called his supervisor to explain and he came directly to my house with the right one and had it installed. It seems like lots of problems but in the end, they apologized and didn’t charge me for the service call and gave the fan to me at cost. A very pleasant surprise. Instead of costing me around 450 $ it cost me 240 $. They absorbed all the costs related to the mistake. Extremely happy. Nice people.

I had Websters install a new Furnace, A/​C and Hot water tank a week ago and I can only say good things about them. I was very nervous about such a big job in my home since I did not know what kind of problems they would run into and was worried about how big the mess might be. I live in a three story townhouse with the AC on the roof (4^th floor) and the pipes running throughout the walls. Also, I knew they would have to replace the venting pipes for the Furnace and the Hot water tank which run through the ceiling of my «finished» basement (new code requires larger diameter pipes). They were great! Dustin and Kyle worked diligently and explained exactly what they had to do. The venting pipes to the outside were replaced in the walls by only making two small holes which were covered by a neat looking access panel. The three pieces of equipment were installed in two days and after a week and a half everything is «Purring smoothly». The A/​C is keeping the house cooler than the old unit and I am excited to see how nice my house will feel in the upcoming winter with my new furnace, which is a Frigidaire 2 Stage high efficiency furnace. The hot water tank is a gas powered 50 gallon tank that will save me lots of money by «owning» my tank rather than renting at $ 25 per month from Enbridge. Most important to me was the level of service that I received and they cleaned up both days after they were finished working and took out all the old units and garbage with them. The hot water tank was picked up by Enbridge the same day. Thank you Websters.
