A terrific store with friendly knowledgable staff. It’s the best store in Ottawa for MTG, RPGs, miniatures gaming, and boardgames. Also check out their nightly events. There’s usually something good going on. The community there is very welcoming.

I meet Wizard Tower at the Vancouver Magic the Gathering Tournament.
The people working at Wizard Tower were super friendly and welcoming. I didn’t feel like I was treated differently for being a girl at the event, and their help and customer service was fantastic.
Their prices seemed really reasonable, and their approachable and friendly demeanour was fantastic.
I really hope to see Wizard Tower at more Vancouver Geek Events in the future, and I will be back to buying stuff at your booth again!

The store owner named Dave got impatient with me at his store when I was a few dollars short and I was trying to get the few extra dollars from my other wallet in my left pocket of my pants before I could fully get the second wallet out and give him the money, Dave screamed at me «Where’s my $ 3.50!!!»
He was extremely rude and impatient in the service of being a clerk when I was trying to pay him the required amount. I’m a bit slow at calculation in counting money to pay people and I don’t respond well to a clerk screaming my head off to pay him faster. I have Aspergers and I don’t respect impatience like Dave’s impatience at the store that day.
