Seniors will love the peace and quiet. Rules are in place to restrict the movement and activities of anyone under 55. Younger people may enjoy the pool or hot tub but only during limited hours and only under the supervision of Park Staff. If you want to keep yourself occupied, you are welcome to leave the property and visit the playground nearby. The waterfront is rocky and not very good for splashing or swimming. Other destinations in the area have the famous long sandy beaches. The unit was very small (around 250sqft) but it was clean. No doubt based on the three pages of move out instructions including, all linens laundered, all walls wiped, all horizontal surfaces wiped and appliances cleaned to new condition. All this to recover the mandatory $ 200 cleaning deposit. I would not recommend this resort for a family vacation.
