I would give zero stars if I could! What a terrible company. Paid over a hundred dollars just to have someone look at the furnace. They took almost a day to tell me I needed a certain part replaced. And they said it wouldn’t arrive for 6 days. I had no heat! Also kept telling me I needed to pay for a furnace cleaning or part would not be covered under warranty, which was a lie. Hired another company who got the part within 3 hours and installed same day for half the price these guys quoted. Stay away from this company — they are just awful.
