Taking a stroll down the Lake after lunch in Pickering… I don’t know what to expect as I feel like a tourist sometimes even in Pickering… taking photos… looking lost and confused… don’t know where I am going…
Then I saw this open area… with a full view of the «ocean»…oh it is Lake Ontario… So blue. so calm and so Caribbean on this nice summer afternoon!
Millennium Square is a public venue where a lot of summer activities taken place in Pickering: Carnvials, Concerts… and from here you can access the Beachfront Park or the WaterFront Trail.
A great meeting place with landmarks and benches facing the lake… There is also free parking and public washroom facilities on site too!
