Stitch It Clothing Alterations

I’ve completely lost my patience with this place. Late last year I took four pairs of dress pants in to be hemmed and have the super crease put in. Two pairs came back fine but on the other two, the super crease wasn’t even throughout the pant. I returned to the store to see if it could be fixed, to which they assured me it could. When I picked the pants up the second time, the super crease was so predominate, the pants looked like they were part of a 70’s leisure suit!
I told them how unhappy I was about it and they advised me that they would attempt to remove the super crease altogether or, if that wasn’t possible, they would refund me for the price of the pants. After a couple of weeks, they told me that it didn’t seem possible to remove the crease and suggested that I purchase two new pairs of pants and they would reimburse me for them.
Once I had purchased the new pants, their story changed.
They refused to reimburse me for the replacement pants and said that they had finally been successful in removing the super crease. When I went to pick up the pants, they were so damaged they were compeletly unwearable! I expressed my displeasure and said that it was unacceptable and that I wanted to be compensated. Their solutions was to offer me an ‘in-​store’ credit of $ 100.00.
I went back to the store a couple of months ago to purchase something and was told that I could only use the credit towards alterations… what? Okay, I think I get it… it’s easier to not show the numbers in the books if it’s on manual labour and not inventory.
I returned the other day to have a couple pairs of jeans hemmed and now they tell me that they have to ‘verify’ the credit note!!! WHAT!!! I have been completely understanding and cordial throughout this whole ordeal but now I’m losing my patience! This store is giving me a complete runaround! If anyone reading this can provide me with another place to go for alterations, I’d love to hear it! I’m going to hold them to that credit note but once I’m finished with that, I’m never going back to this place!
