Frequently out if menu items & not usually very clean. Employees seem disgruntled; most are rude/annoyed, often mess orders up and try to blame the customer. Not a nice experience, but not a lot of options around.

How bad can a chain like McDonald’s be. BAD. Where do I start… — really dirty. Dirty counters, dirty floors, dirty windows, dirty shelves under the windows, dirty outside tables. Dirty washrooms. — cold food — order made wrong. Extra pickles became NO pickles in the blink of an eye — staff that is so bored they have to prop themselves against the counters to stay awake. — total disinterest in customers. In Picton everyone is so sickeningly nice that this is a problem. Usually I think if I hear«Have a nice rest of the day!» one more time in Picton businesses I will stab myself in the eye with a sharp object, but no worry about that here. Staff were discussing their personal problems with each other before I even finished ordering. I wanted to sit outside on a nice day and they told me I could not because they were not going to clean the tables yet.(When were they going to clean the tables, I asked myself, if not by late afternoon?) I can’t even finish this review, I am so bummed. It’s not like there is another McDonalds’s in the tiny village of Picton Ontario Canada.
