I called In a preorder and when I did I was told it was gonna be over a hour!!! Lol one hour for 3 pitas??? I asked if I came in would I have to wait an hour for 3 pitas? The answer was no… So wtf is the point of having preorders then.
This isn’t the first time they have been rude or unacomidating. I mean if it’s gonna take you an hour for 3 pitas you won’t be open for long I bet.

If you’ve never been to a Pita Pit, they’re similar to a subway or quiznos but instead of bread they use pita wraps & instead of a microwave they use a real grill. I enjoy the Pita Pit when I’m in a hurry but I have to give them just 3stars as this location is always out of the babaganoush spread! The staff is hit n miss also. sometimes having to try a couple wraps as they rip holes in them or once when I ordered a smoothie & asked them to add spinach they said they don’t do that even though the sign above their head advertised, «Add Spinach to your Smoothie!» I keep going back though when I’m looking for a quick healthier bite.
