Attente a la caisse, personel né connaissant pas ses produits et qui semble laissé a lui meme. lors de mon passage hier j’ ai eu a echanger avec 3 differents membres du personel et aucun des trois était aimable ou souriant. Nul né voulait etre au travail. Et la periode des fetes n’ est meme pas commencée. Je né prévois pas une tres longue vie a Sears si rien n’ est fait pour me donner l’ envie d’ y aller.

Over the last few weeks I have had one bad experience after another with Sears so my review is going to be a negative one. My stove broke over two weeks ago so I decide to go to Sears because I knew they had a lot of sales going on and that they do financing I got a great deal then I bought the stove and the delivery date was two weeks from now and I was perfectly fine with that and you’re supposed to come last Saturday. Needless to say on Friday I got a phone call telling me that the stove is nowhere to be found and will not be delivered on Saturday I will have to reschedule once they know where the stove is. This past Friday I got a phone call telling me that the stove is nowhere to be found and after speaking to five different people with five different employee names and numbers which I took down someone finally told me that the stove could come in five days or could come in 20 days they really don’t know so at this point I decided to cancel my whole order because I’m not gonna wait forever for stove that may never come. So I canceled my whole order with the person who actually sold me the stove and then magically an hour later someone else called me back and gave me a whole promotion worked it out for me said don’t worry you’ll get your stove this Tuesday so now I’m taking my second day off and it’s Tuesday and I’m waiting between 12 and 8PM for a stove that supposed to come. At 7 o’clock I called them because I have not received any phone calls from them all day telling me the stove is in fact coming I want to speak to someone on the phone they say oh yeah by the way it got rescheduled to Wednesday like I could just magically take off 340 he’s in a row just to wait for the stove now my husband is calmer than I am at this point he calls Sears and we just end up canceling the whole order and all they can say is sorry like who cares that you’ve taken two days off work to wait for stove this was the come to weeks ago. It’s funny because on the back of the receipt it actually says customer satisfaction guaranteed with this Summer is furious and is going to boycott Sears for life thank you for reading my review. And I hope after the next person reads my experience they think twice about ordering from Sears like I should have because they will never ever get my service again nor will they ever get a good review from me again this experience was terrible and I will never ever ever recommend order from anything from Sears ever again
