PPD Restorations

Very good service and excellent work. You guys have done a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend PPD Restorations if any of my friends or family was in need of a restoration contractor.

We suffered a flood in our basement due to a freak heavy rain storm due to a crushed weeping tile drainage pipe. Within 1 hour of being called, PPD had a crew onsite to start getting rid of the water, removing all the damaged materials and also provide help in moving items that could be salvaged somewhere else in the house. You’re at a pretty low point when something like this happens and these guys made the whole experience a whole lot easier. They brought in fans and commercial size dehumidifiers to ensure everything was 100% dry before stating the actual repairs. Every trade brought in to carry out the repairs was top notch and our basement looks exactly as it was before the flood. Ana who was coordinating the trades was in constant communication with us to ensure we know when the trades would arrive and how long they would be and always checked back to ensure we were happy. I hope I never have to go through this again but if I do, PPD will be the guys I call in and will let others know about them in case they ever need a restoration company.
