Pleasant and responsive staff, quick scheduling-​time, and fair prices for effective services (haven’t seen a creepy-​crawlie since the treatment — it was a daily occurrence beforehand)! Would happily recommend Protech to anyone for residential services.

We had a rodent issue and loud scurrying noises were keeping us awake at nighttime. I called a couple companies but Bo sounded extra professional which is ultimately why we chose him. He was very courteous and told us exactly what was going to happen over the course of the next 2 weeks. When the noises finally did disappear, he even took a comprehensive look at the exterior of our house and found some entry points which he blocked. Now, I can safely say we are rodent free and even have a guarantee to fall back on. Excellent service, keep it up.

I phoned a couple places before finally setting up an appointment with this company. The owner and the only worker at the time was knowledgeable. He told me straight off the phone what was going to be sprayed. How long to stay out of the house. That the price will include 2 visits, with the 2nd one 2 weeks later. Everyone else I called gave me no info at all and just a price quote.
Once I met the guy at the first visit, he went to the room for a quick check told me what bugs were there. Told me what he was going to do. Also included a preventive treatment spray of the whole house not just the infected area.
So I’ll update this post on my second visit.
