To be fair, the only reason this is not a five-​star is because we had a nightmarish experience with the project manager before the job began — he has since left the company. Once the job was underway, the experience was entirely five-​star.
Nav and his crew did an amazing job of our 200′ good neighbour fence. In a day, the old fence was taken down and packed up and the new fence was installed and done beautifully.
Surrey cedar mills their own cedar, and the material they use is first-​rate. We took them up on the offer to pre-​stain and saved a ton of time and effort and wasn’t prohibitively costly at all.
The crew are very respectful and take a very professional approach to their work. They helped us problem solve a few surprises that came up along the way and they made us feel as though out satisfaction is the only thing that matters.
The crew is back this week to install the fence on the other side of the property and we are really pleased to be able to look forward to the job without any of the anxiety that so often comes with working with contractors and trades.
