My family purchased a house and it is 30+ years old and we knew it would require some work/​renovations, but we needed to ensure that it was structurally sound and that there were no major surprises. We’ve had past experiences with home inspectors and they were always a necessary evil, but they never really added a lot of value. Our Realtor recommended A Buyer’s Choice.
We found Aaron & Jess extremely friendly, thorough and prompt. At the end of it, they provided us with a in depth report, that identified a few unforeseen issues that we were able to address. The inspection gave us peace of mind that we weren’t getting in over our heads. We’ve been in our house several months and have no problems to report.
