I felt compelled to finally get off my butt and write a good review on Joanne. I found her while I was on my desperate quest to find an affordable shack north of the Fraser. I’m not keen on dealing with agents and I prefer to scout out places on my own. I met Joanne while she was showing a place that she had listed. She’s just down to earth, pleasant, and isn’t in to aggressive BS. Her approach is refreshing especially for those that read Garth Turner’s blog. In addition, she is gay friendly. If you’re moving or selling in the burbs, give Joanne a chance.
