Ive always driven past this place and never thought to go it as its a bit hidden. But i was in the area and was in need of a hair cut so i stopped by. I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to get me in anyways. The inside was very nice and clean, all the ladies there were very nice and had great customer service. I cant remember the name of the woman who gave me a hair cut but she was also very helpful, she listened to my request of only cutting off a couple inches and styled my hair afterwards. The prices were not too expensive, I would will defiantly come here regularly and recommend to friends and family.

I came here because of a Groupon to get my hair colour corrected and it was obvious what needed to be done. Jessica fixed my hair color and I’m whole once again. She ended up getting some help drying my long hair though but honoured my request not to use a paddle brush.

The number of filtered 5-star and 1-star ratings for this place is astounding… makes you kind of wonder about the ones that did make the cut. Anyways, had a Groupon for a 60 minute massage and came in a few days ago to unwind and relax. As a few others have stated, it’s also a salon and the separation between spa and salon is basically non-existent. The massage itself was blissful though — she advised me in advance what she was going to do, didn’t push conversation and was overall fantastic. I would return for massage services with Lindsey(I’m not so picky about the noise level) if they lowered their regular prices.

This place is absolutely horrendous. It’s loud, dirty, and the esthetician kept picking up her phone. The appointment took so long because she wouldn’t stop talking. I’ve never had a spa experience where an esthetician picks up her phone to have lengthy conversations… never mind multiple times. She didn’t even do a close to decent job(surprise surprise). A pathetic excuse for a spa. Save your money and go elsewhere.

A few years back, I worked at a top North America Spa, in a top hotel chain. Everything we did in this spa was for the guest, and to create a perfect experience. Sure there were bumps along the way; but one thing I learned how to do, is to SPAINSTYLE. I get off put, when a business owner tosses a couple of private rooms in the back of a salon, and calls it a spa. To me, a spa is an experience. Go, get pampered; lie around in a robe drinking expensive tea, read a magazine and wash away the day with pools, comfy chairs, and top notch services. This experience, was far from that. What business owners need to realize is that’s it’s not just about the quality of the service, but the whole experience, and yesterday’s massage fit into that category. Great massage, terrible experience. I would hate to fault the therapist in any of this, because the service I had from her, was lovely. The experience was not. I purchased this massage from Groupon, and got a smokin deal, otherwise I may never had gone in to experience what they had to offer. And truthfully, while in my search for a fantastic massage — I would not have booked my service in this place. It was clean, and chic — but LOUD! Salons are loud places to begin with. Music, hairdryers, and ladies cackling. It’s not something I want to experience while trying to wash a stressful week off my shoulders, and businesses need to think about this. How many people will go back to a place for a massage, when all they heard was the gossip and stories of the ladies in the salon? Not too many I tell ya. The therapist should really consider working from a spare room in her house, rather than have her clients endure the noise of clucking from the wash station right outside the door. Sure it’s great to make an extra couple of dollars for the business. Every small business owner wants to compete for a higher revenue. But calling yourself a spa when you couldn’t be further from the truth should be outlawed. This experience remind of me of a song from one of my favourite bands The Monks — Nice Legs, Shame about her Face”. Great massage, shame about the place. Thank god I got a good Groupon deal, because I would have been seriously p*ssed if I had to pay full price.

Received a deal coupon for a massage so I was glad I didn’t shell out for this as I would have been disappointed. Massage wasn’t the best and the masseuse’s nails were too long and scratched me a few times. Also, the room is not well insulated so you can follow the conversation of those in the salon over the spa cd. Not very relaxing. As for the salon itself, I didn’t use these services but the clients there seemed like regulars so that’s a good sign. They should either sound proof the massage room or use it for something else.
