I had some trouble finding the place. The signage is quite small and it’s actually inside a hair salon. However my service was amazing! I had a laser treatment with Lisa. I highly recommend her. She make you feel comfortable, she’s easy to talk to and very professional. I plan to go back and try some more of her services

Went to Medica Aesthetica today and got a Photo Facial treatment at the Port Moody location. Lisa was very informative and professional. Lisa explained every step of the treatment which I found very calming. She is a professional and she provides the utmost of professionalism in her service. I would recommend her to all and cannot wait to go back!

I wouldn’t give any star, if only I could, as the service indeed horrible. I came with a Groupon voucher, but the lady claimed, that she wouldn’t do a procedure due to some «protocol», that’s actually far from real medical ones, and there were no reasons for restrictions as well. Than the lady was hesitating, telling «yes-​no» for several times, as if she were in the kindergarten, then started to claim some compromising information about other spa and clinics, that provide the same services, though wasting my time in fact. Eventually she didn’t listen to my reasonable arguments, providing some absolutely incorrect «medical «statements about certain physiological facts and her academic background, which were so clear for me, as I study sciences. Therefore we ended up with nothing but frustrating feelings.

Went for my first laser hair removal treatment, I was so nervous. But it proved to be not scary at all, thanks to the wonderful hands of the esthetician. Looking forward to my next treatments with her!
Their prices are great, the schedule is fairly flexible, so you could go day or evening — depending on your work schedule.
The set up is fairly simple, which I liked, feels less intimidating that way. Lots of street parking — a great bonus imho.
