Stopped in today for a quick lunch. Service and food again impeccable. Ross(the noodle guy) has to be one of the friendliest and outgoing restaurateurs in the valley. The only thing better than the service is the food. Always perfect

We stopped by for lunch and ordered the soba noodles with Bulgogi and tagliatelle pasta with sausage. All the noodles were handmade except for the rice noodles!.Food was very tasty and the staff were very friendly. The soba noodles were more on the spicy side, a little too spicy for my preference but nonetheless was very flavourful. Highly recommended!

I was visiting family in Wolfville and decided to drive over to Port Williams to seek out the Noodle Guy. Wasn’t hard to find him. The pasta in the take out fridge was pricey at $ 8 for a very small portion but it looked delectable. When I looked like I was having a hard time deciding a friendly staff member came up to see if I needed help. She was fun to chat with and knowledgeable about her pasta. I was going to get some pasta to take home but after looking at the menu board the dinners sounded too good. I decided on the soba noodles with korean pork which i ordered spicy. The Noodle Guy was only too happy to set some of the noodles aside for my little guy before he added the chili paste in which I really appreciated. I was pretty hungry and the soba noodles smelled fantastic; it was a tough drive back to Wolfville. I tucked into the noodles right away. They did have a bit of a bite which was nice but I found that they were really oily; too much sesame oil perhaps? They also could have used more ingredients and were skimpy on the pork. Portion size was on the small side. There wasn’t much going on texture and taste wise. I wasn’t blown away and was hoping I would be. I will try the quark stuffed ravioli next time. I would like to come back and dine in. The place is casual and inviting. Their sip and dip nights would definitely be something I would like to try.

Great joint with a solid menu, went in for a late breakfast and rocked«The Breakfast Thing» a bread pudding but loaded with local treats like sausage and stuff, super tasty and a great value, perfect amount of food that leaves you full but not overstuffed. The coffee is great too. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. Totally worth popping in for a bite to eat.

Finally got to eat here and it was amazing! $ 10 for a bowl of homemade, delicious pasta. And they are light and flavorful so you don’t feel terrible after eating them like some pastas. Great service, music, and coffee. Will be back! Love from Halifax.

Way too overpriced for the miniature bowl of noodles you get.($ 10 no add ons i.e. garlic bread,) pasta was supposed to be local sausage but probably contained 1⁄5th of a aside in the bowl. Very skimpy. Salad was just plain lettuce, no other veggies. Wrap was chicken and lettuce no other vegetables. Soup was amazing.

We came here for breakfast. It is mainly a lunch place but they do have coffee and«breakfast thing» This is a handmade cake which is savory and has bits of bacon, sausage, eggs, vegetables and cheese. It has a good portion and only $ 5 with coffee. Nice ambience. Good service. Calm and quiet place which we enjoyed.

Amazing handmade pasta created with local ingredients. The quark ravioli is a must try. Depending on the day you go, the pastas and sauces vary, but they always delight.
